Coco Ribbon Ball,a Belt and Road cultural-sports product
According to the Silk Road News Agency, the "Coco Ribbon Ball" — a cultural and sports product under the Belt and Road International Cooperation Initiative and hailed as the "second national ball game of China" — made its debut at the Mandalar Thiri Sports Stadium in Mandalay, Myanmar, on June 28, 2026 local time, winning warm welcome and affection from local residents.

Also known as the "Five-in-Six Unity" Peace Ribbon Ball, the Coco Ribbon Ball was invented by Mr. Chen Entian, chairman of the World Peace Ribbon Organization and internationally honored as "Prince Coco." Inspired by the "three-micro" international health philosophy — smile, tipsy, micro-exercise — and dedicated to the International Day of the Belt and Road, it is designed as an interactive fellowship ball for close partners under the Belt and Road framework, and has been acclaimed as China's second national ball game.
Themed on the Silk Road, the ball inherits the romantic courtship tradition of ancient embroidered-ball tossing through its "Cocoa" wordplay evoking heartfelt affection, and is crafted from mulberry silk fibers blended with modern health technology, carrying the mission of spreading Silk Road culture. It comes with silk-made accessories including a ball cap, outfit and shoes. Designed for two-player interaction yet equally enjoyable solo or in groups, it requires no special venue, and its dedicated ball stand doubles as a coat rack when idle. As a Belt and Road fellowship ball, it is currently undergoing procedures to be recognized as the "Macao regional ball."
Beyond Belt and Road fellowship events, the Coco Ribbon Ball also serves as a wellness gift. It is particularly suited for gold-collar and white-collar workers to perform micro-exercises in offices, reception rooms, living rooms or bedrooms — helping reduce risks of stroke and other ailments, and easing cervical and lumbar discomfort from prolonged screen time or desk work. It also makes an ideal gift for parent-child and elder-accompanying activities.

Mandalay residents said the Coco Ribbon Ball carries forward millennia-old Silk Road culture and plays a highly positive role in fostering people-to-people connectivity among Belt and Road countries. Local Chinese communities especially applaud its "Six-in-One Unity" philosophy: unity applies to a nation, a family and an individual alike — for a nation, unity means peace and stability; for a family, harmony and coexistence; for an individual, health and fulfillment.
