Bangkok, August 30. At 10 o’clock in the morning on August 26, 2026, the unveiling ceremony and the first inauguration ceremony of the Thailand Teochew Culture Association was grandly held in Bangkok. Chen Yunjin, Chairman of the Thailand Teochew Association, together with other senior leaders of the association attended the event.
Chen Entian, Co‑Chairman of the Global Silk Road Chamber Alliance, extended warm congratulations on the official founding of the Thailand Teochew Culture Association and the inauguration of its first council. Chen Entian pointed out that the establishment of the association builds a brand‑new cultural exchange platform for overseas Teochew compatriots, which helps inherit and carry forward fine Teochew traditional culture and strengthen connections among Teochew communities worldwide.
